What is Magic? Or in this case…who is Magic? He is the perfect form of entertainment for any and every occasion. Whatever you desire, he will conjure it, produce it, transform it from one state to another, and make the Earth move. He’ll do this as your Master of Ceremonies…and may I add, what a ceremony it will be when the magic dust of Mr. Moreno transforms the energy of your venue into love, merriment, joy, music and mirth to delight all of your senses. He will defy gravity. All those in his presence will be raised up, either by the musical banquet he will provide or by the orchestration of the flow of the event if that is what you require. Magic’s precision, dedication, creativity, and presence adds an exquisite element to any event or celebration. His music abilities and capacity to facilitate or preside over any affair is second to none. The word Magic, etymologically speaking comes from the Greek word ‘mageia’ which means form of entertainment. Magic Moreno is Mr. Entertainment himself, personified.
I am always so excited to hear that you are the MC for various events that I attend. I have never known anyone quite as diverse as you. You are professional, yet humorous and entertaining, you are charismatic, yet down to earth; you are engaging and soulful… and then I heard you sing… and then I heard you sing again… songs where the audience was so captivated that you could hear a pin drop in the room, songs where tears streamed down my face, songs that were performed far beyond that of the original (Hallelujah for one), songs in English, songs in French, songs in Spanish, and songs in Italian! My goodness… and yet other songs entice the audience to get up and dance! It is always a pleasure to listen to the melodical voice of Magic Moreno! There is a reason why our organization has invited Magic Moreno back, again and again, to sing, host and M/C our events over the past twenty years. In fact there are many reasons!
Perhaps it is his charismatic, "Magic Charm", his humour, his immense talents as a singer, songwriter, actor and recording engineer. Perhaps it is his commitment to excellence, It could be his willingness to dedicate his time, energy and thought in ensuring that each performance is original, relevant and the best that it can be. Perhaps it is because he has his audience standing on their feet time and time again, clapping, cheering and calling for encores. Maybe it is because he has a voice that can sing anything, from Panis Angelicus to Cheek to Cheek to Disney to his own imaginative, original and beautiful compositions superbly. Or maybe it is because he is a born performer, with a true, passionate, artistic spirit who has dedicated his life to honing and perfecting his talents. Or maybe it is simply because he brings a Joie de Vivre along with his immense gifts to the stage that inspires and uplifts his audiences, transporting them for a moment or two, and leaving them feeling on top of the world. Yes, these are just some of the many reasons why we have flown Magic Moreno in (sometimes five times a year) to host our many events across North America, and will continue to do so for many years to come.
